Vaginoplasty
Vaginoplasty is also known as Posterior Colporrhaphy or vagina tightening surgery. This procedure is done for patient with significant vaginal laxity after child birth to have tight vagina. The procedure is done under local or general anesthesia, by taking off a pie shape wedge form the vaginal mucosa and the perineal skin, tighten vaginal muscles, then close the wound with absorbable aesthetic sutures. Sexual intercourse should be avoided for 4-6 weeks. Most patient were sexually satisfied after tightening.
Perineoplasty
This procedure is done to tighten and reshape the area between the vaginal opening and the anus. How to care your wound at home? - Bed rest and ice packs in the first two days. - Sit yourself in warm water for 15-20 minutes, then dry the wound carefully - Walk around as you can - Avoid bicycle riding, jogging, weight lifting and aerobic exercise - Don’t lift heavy things - Drink plenty of fluids - Eat your normal diet and avoid constipation by taking fiber supplements and mild laxatives.
