Your healthcare provider will ask you to follow these guidelines for 48 hours after the procedure:

• Use mild soap and lukewarm water to wash injection sites.
• Protect the body especially the treated site from direct sunlight exposure including tanning beds and sun tanning.
• Don’t sit in a sauna or whirlpool or take hot baths. Only take cold water showers.
• Avoid applying any form of heat including hot compresses on the treated areas.
