Breast Reduction

This surgery consists of extracting volume of the breasts by removing fat, glandular tissue and skin, making them smaller, lighter and firmer, and may also reduce the size of the areola if necessary.
In certain cases, the breasts grow excessively and can bring not only physical problems (back and neck pain, skin irritation, bone deformations among others), but also psychic alterations to varying degrees, causing disorders in the sphere of relationships, especially in the psychosexual aspect, therefore this procedure focuses on reducing the mammary size leaving an appearance according to the rest of the body.

Are You a Good Candidate?

Once the complete development of the breast has already been achieved and these are: small, asymmetrical, fallen, large, or are a person in the process of gender reassignment (sex change), the person be considered with indication to perform surgery on their breasts. One of the procedures mentioned above, the best candidates being those who are in good health, mature enough to understand the procedure with realistic expectations of the results that they will get, where no doubt will be achieved to improve the female silhouette having a harmonious and proportionate body.

Anesthesia and Surgical Times

Depending on each case and the degree of complexity will be the duration of the surgery, although on average the surgical time is 2 to 3 hours and is performed under epidural block and sedation performed by a qualified anesthesiologist, in rare cases, requires general anesthesia.

Incisions and Scars

The scars are inevitable and will depend on the procedure to be performed on the breast, but we always try to make them less noticeable, making incisions around the areola, in vertical lines below it, or at the level of the submammary groove in places where they become practically invisible and imperceptible with the passing of time.

Botox injections are performed in a medical office or a cosmetic clinic. The skin is cleansed, and a local anesthetic or ice may be applied to minimize any discomfort. Using a very fine needle, Botox is injected into specific muscles in precise locations. The procedure typically takes only a few minutes, and there is minimal downtime or recovery involved.

The effects of Botox injections are not immediate but gradually appear over a few days to a week. The muscles become less active, and the wrinkles in the treated areas gradually smooth out. The results typically last around 3 to 4 months, but this can vary depending on individual factors, the dose administered, and the specific treatment area.
